Fighting Erosion Back

Lovestruck with nature, Hayretting Karaca and A. Nihat Gökyiğit have founded TEMA foundation (Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats) 1992 together. Their goal was to turn the attention of popular opinion towards the happening erosion and possible deforestation of Anatolia and their slogan of “Don’t let Turkey become a wasteland” resonated with the people. 

As such, we METPACK have answered the call for the future of our nation and supported our forests with sapling donations.
